On January 10th, the company announced that it has granted the overseas development and commercialization rights of the innovative drug HSK39004 to AirNexis, a US-based company. AirNexis will pay a down payment of $108 million and additional milestone payments and royalties of ***$955 million to Haisco. If AirNexis reaches a sublicense agreement for HSK39004, Haisco will also be entitled to a share of the sublicense revenue. The company received the down payment for this transaction in Q1 and significantly increased its net profit for the period.
In April, Haisco reached a BD cooperation agreement with AbbVie for two different selective Nav1.8 blockers (HSK55718 and HSK51155), with a total transaction amount of $745 million, including a $30 million upfront payment and $715 million in additional milestone payments.
In June, Hisco successively reached BD transaction cooperation with Eli Lilly and Nuvectis Pharma, with the total amount of the cooperation with Eli Lilly reaching up to $3.054 billion.
